      GSM-20H10提供±210V / ±1.05A / 22W的四象限操作。在第一象限和第三象限,它們作為電源運行,為負載供電。在第二和第四象限,它們作為負載使用,在內部耗散功率。而電壓值、電流值和電阻值可以在電源或負載操作期間進行量測,其準確度高達0.012%并且分辨率可達1μV/10pA/10μΩ。

      采樣的速度上,GSM-20H10支持最高50k點/每秒的采樣速度,可更精準地針對待測物的特性進行分析。透過4.3寸的大尺寸屏幕,更可以將所有的量測設定、參數與結果都完整的顯示在屏幕上。支持SDM (Source Delay Measure)功能,可設定信號產生變化時,延后進行采樣,避免穩定前的信號被擷取進去造成誤判。內建四種程序輸出模式(Linear, Log, SRC-MEM, Custom),最多可支持2500個點的程序變化輸出。

      在設備保護上,GSM-20H10提供了OVP/OTP保護模式;在OVP的設計上,使用者可自定義OVP的范圍,而OTP的保護則可有效防止在測試過程中因溫度偏移造成的錯誤。在接口部分,本產品支持標準的SCPI指令,提供RS-232 , USBTMC , LAN, GPIB (選配)等接口,滿足用戶不同的接口需求。
